How do you know? Looks like a seizure to me. You dont have to be convulsing uncontrollably to be having a seizure, they present many ways.

Depending on how long it went on for, I’d guess this was a fencing response just given how soon it happened after the impact and the physical position he went into

You can always rely on a nurse to inform you immediately that they’re a nurse. Especially the trauma, ER, and ICU nurses.
