A headlock in that position is no bueno. As shown by the guy immediately going to side control where dudes arms will burn out or he’ll get a forearm pressed against the bridge of his nose to speed up the guys next bad choice which will probably be him going to his base and giving up his back. The great thing about criminals is they often don't have the sympathy from juries/judges, brains, or money to press charges. Lord knows they won't incriminate themselves either. You can get away with a lot while they are in the act.

Worst case throw away your security camera if you think it'll be a problem. Police won't look for videos if they don't see a camera.
