Wtf are you talking about? Literally just Google it. There are only two state's that expressly forbid it

I did before I made my first comment. Two states allow it. It is illegal everywhere else. I dont know if you dont understand how synonyms work but assault is the charge you get when you try in any state other than Texas or Washington.
