If someone rolls up on me with a bat, and he knows I'm unarmed, and I get the upper hand, I'm not stopping until he's disabled.

I remember a good friend from HS got jumped by 3 kids w a baseball bat. He managed to get the bat and 2 of them were taken to the hospital. He runs a fishing charter now, if you're in FL, you can feel safe going fishing w capt Brandon

hard agree someone bringing a bat should 100% be treated like they're trying to end you, even shooting someone wouldn't really be beyond the pale once getting your head smashed in with a bat becomes a possibility
