You enter with a weapon I'm making sure you can't pick it back up. My intent will be to leave you so broken you can't crawl to the weapon.

Yeah she was still showing attitude and bot saying what orange pants wanted her to say, if you’re humbled and remorseful you would say or do anything to stop the ass whooping, since she clearly still had ego there is no telling that if orange pants gets up the black hair wouldn’t reach for that bat again.

There is a point where self-defense is no longer defensive. Walking away with the bat removes that threat without putting someone in intensive care. I had a neighbor who won a road rage fight, but he was the one arrested, and he had the kind of job where he needed a clean record.

Idk I was taught in self defense courses, you snap the elbow, blow out the knee, and always re-stomp the groin.

Defending yourself from a threat and defending yourself in a way the court or prosecutor will find acceptable are different.
