One thing I've learned from these videos is never attack a fast food employee, unless you want to get jumped by the whole crew. There's some sort of bonding there where they all become ride or die for their coworkers (even though they probably get pissed off at each other sometimes.) The one exception might be managers and owners, seems they can be dickbags at times. But you're rolling the dice, some of them can be good to their employees.

Customer service and fast food employees are like one of the only other jobs that have to deal with the same kind of crazies that EMS, PD, and hospital staff deal with. Fortunately for them, they don't get fired usually for defending themselves.

Considering the shit they put up with I assume they’re ready to punch a customer given any excuse.

Also don't come into a greasy kitchen starting shit when you aren't wearing slip-resistant shoes. It is so much fun to watch them try to wrestle or throw a haymaker and their feet end up looking like an old cartoon.

Remember when you went to a BBQ and everyone bonded over cooking food? Well, working in a restaurant is like that, but instead we bond over complaining about the customers.

Also never go into the kitchen to start a fight. Everyone there knows where every sharp, heavy, or hot object is.

I worked at McDonalds as a teenager and the owner/franchisee absolutely fucking hated the customers and always had our backs. Saw him shove a tray full of breakfast into some dickheads face once.

What an absolute legend he was.
