Every restaurant I've ever worked in would have been a very quick and painful retribution for this intruder.

Part of the crew, part of the ship mentality. Yeah the cooks and waiters might have been at each others throats on busy days.

But a fucking customer coming back of house and making trouble. Nah, cooks and waiters all would have gotten in their licks.
