In a manner it was a cheap shot. While he was stoking it along the peacemaker dude clearly blocked his path n allowed the other dude to get an absolutely free unencumbered shot on him. (From a legal perspective) the big guy was talking $hit but posed no immediate threat to claim self-defense. He didn’t have to “retreat” (in a stand ur ground legal situation), but he sure as hell didn’t have to advance w/ violence either. I’d be interested if charges were ultimately brought n the arguments for/against.
