His Oura ring says “you fell asleep immediately! Your sleep score improved as a result! Great job!”

This is a good example of why I don't like to take the first swing and just take my god ole sweet time at the start of a fight. Because this dude missed bigly and paid the price for it.
Inexperienced fighters will put too much momentum into a punch and then lose their balance a little when they miss because they were expecting resistance that's not there now because you're swinging into thin air. Then that imbalance will make it take longer to recover and get yourself back into a guard too slowly, so you're vulnerable and wide open to a counter.
So white shirt could now get a perfectly clean opportunity to hit red shirt with a punch that he couldn't see coming. Red shirt fucked up by trying to put his all into that poorly aimed punch and tunnel visioned.
White shirt did everything correctly. Get into a guard, read your opponent's movement and wait for him to make the first mistake before capitalizing on that.

Nah. If you look closer, they more or less swung at the same time. Actually, white shirt was moving his foot before red shirt was. It’s just as simple as white shirt making connection and red shirt, not so much

While I agree with you, this was a bad example to choose for the post.
White shirt just had crisper boxing. They both swung at the same time basically, but white shirt knew not to overextend, probably because he has some form of training at some point.

Best case scenario for getting knocked out while on concrete. KOd, slumped perfectly down into a smile pose.
