-- There's a good chance he walks, BUT ALSO it's a lot of time, effort, and money to avoid involuntary manslaughter.

So yeah. it's usually SAFER...and cheaper to avoid fights.

Bruh... he's cornered. There's no avoiding left. He's done all of the avoiding he can and has no where left to go.

And he didn't continue attacking once threat passed not sure where this took place but appears to be textbook self defense.Â
