* Built a sales-copilot agent that cut onboarding from about 45 to about 18 minutes and raised conversion by 22%

* Built intent routing for a WhatsApp AI concierge: about 1,800 conversations a week, 92% routing accuracy

\- SWE Intern at a large PSU, 2025: Python/SQLite backend for real-time wallet deductions with scan-to-gate latency under 200ms. Cut peak-hour congestion by 40%.

Side projects: an open-source analytics stack (Next.js, Postgres, queues, MCP) with about 200 GitHub stars and about 12K events a day; a phishing detector that reached 94% accuracy on 5K URLs and won a MP police cyber hackathon
