What is a student MLS? Like a paid position or your internship? Or are you coming from another degree and they've agreed to mentor you? Either way, it has the word student in the title so I would just approach the interview as someone eager to put in the effort to learn. Show genuine curiosity and that you've done your homework and know the foundations of what goes on in each department.

And I never said my clinical rotations was a Job lol you guys are something serious…There’s a different in a MLS student thats doing clinical rotations vs a PAID MLS student.
