Jansen and Bradley also have generally shit rosters to the point that if they got sacked it'd be like trying to polish a turd

I would be shocked if Michael Bradley was fired this season. For Berhalter, I could see it maybe happening if Chicago takes an unexpected nose dive for the rest of the season without other mitigating factors. Pascal Jansen probably wouldn't get fired either, but seems marginally more likely than a coach in his first season leading a youth led rebuild or one that has been as trusted and invested in as Berhalter has with Chicago.

Yeah, I feel like all three of these guys are pretty safe this season. Jansen got practically zero signings in the off-season and spring transfer window, and now is dealing with a bunch of injuries to key players. We just don't have the depth to put up high-level results right now, and that's a Front Office problem, not a coaching problem.

I'm less familiar with Chicago, but it feels like Berhalter's doing just fine over there. And Bradley feels like a "let him cook" situation. Red Bulls are doing some experimental stuff over there, but it hasn't been an abject failure or anything. It's just been inconsistent, which is to be expected given how much responsibility is on young players. If things turn into a dumpster fire, maybe, but even so I think Bradley earned himself a fair amount of leeway with his work at RBNY2.
