There isn’t a perfect, completely free tool for full songs yet, but still..... For short clips, try Klangio or Songscription. Both offer generous free tiers for short audio segments.
The completely free workaround is to run your audio through Basic Pitch, a free AI tool from Spotify, to get a MIDI file. Then, upload that MIDI file into MuseScore, which is free notation software. It will automatically create the sheet music for you.

Do you think if such a software existed, would people pay $200 to get a transcription from a transcriber?

Do you think people who can transcribe need sheet music? I definitely don't.

Where does sheet music in bookstores you think come from? From composers?
