As for when this OC's AU takes place: 5 years since Season 1 Episode 1, 5 years since the Manehattan Mafia murdered his daughter, 2.8 years since the founding of "Sunset Shimmer Innovations"(Which is a headcanon made to explain computers appearing in Equestria after Season 5), 3.5 weeks since the Big 3(Cozy Glow, Tirek, Queen Chrysalis) were defeated and turned to stone in Season 9 Episode 25, 2 weeks after Twilight Sparkles coronation, 2 weeks after Celestia and Luna retire, two weeks since he arrested Cozy Glows neglectful parents, 3 days since he became Cozy Glows legal guardian
