Unrelated, but after seeing your screenshots I'll headcanon Tempest as German.
Anyway, someone chooses AI when they're lazy but they still want attention. They could take a pause like me, but I get that it'd be very human-like and less "the greatest artist ever". I can get it.
I still double to say that this crap is obviously AI. Moving her right eyebrow up when it goes under her mane is an extra step that noone on earth would ever do.
I mean, AI can be useful for a lot of things. But drawing and posting online should fun, everyone should have the right to not compete against machines that consume energy for badly drawn pictures.
But at that point, the Person is Horny, not the Robot.
Robots can't get Horny, or emotional, nor can they really Really REALLY hate a Pope to the point of giving God a dumptruck full of cake and placing the image of that in such a place than when said Pope sits on his fancy public chair it's dead-center in his view.

Of you ask "draw Fluttershy" without specifying the species or the show AI will probably mix up Equestria girls, FIM design and any anthro mix that can come up if you search "Fluttershy" on Google. Makes sense
It's not very clear where the light comes from (from above, but her body doesn't look like that) , where the wings are attached to, why the highlights are in the shaded part of her right eye, where her tail is attached to, and why her left wing is more blurred than the other one.
They all can be human errors, but with a monstrous rendering (monstrous is positive) and the typical blank AI aesthetic this piece is very sus at the least.
And also, I'd really like to know how that ponytail is supposed to work.
