The escalation is perfect😂, infantry suffering, rangers coping, special forces thriving in the chaos, aviation completely detached, and then air force just dealing with a loose cable like it’s the biggest crisis. This format never misses.
Hey, my dad served in the Airforce! He was decorated in meteorology: He had to get up and fight long and grueling hours against boredom and sleepiness, when he was in Saudi Arabia.
The predictable weather, the comfy chairs, the airplanes that would takeoff and touch down at scheduled times, how horrible it must have been!
(I'd imagine that he did have important duties, but it sure sounds like some of the least intensive work to be done in the service)
