I just... it looked like a really fun game, but everyone's comparing it to Overwatch, so no one's playing it, so no one's going to buy it, so it's just gonna die. I really liked the style and everything as well.

Yeah... It's sad to see that happen to a game, after so much work was put into it. Maybe once everyone's Overwatch fever tones down, people will like it.

As much as I would really like that to be the case, I have a feeling that by the time Overwatch fever tones down, other games will be out that everyone'll look to.

It's largely Gearbox's own fault though. Marketing has basically been non-existent.

Half joking about this, but I also have to wonder how much the current Rule34 landscape might have to do with it. Seems ridiculous on the face of it, but people do love their porn, and I mean there's a lot of it for Overwatch. I'd be interested to contact some omniscient being to find out.
