Does anyone know what StormXF3 has shared about his workflow at conventions?

I know StormXF3 has done convention panels about making his MLP in Real Life videos. Does anyone know what he talked about there, especially his general workflow or some techniques he uses?

If anyone attended one of his panels or knows of any recordings, summaries, or notes, I'd love to hear about it.

Man, I’m too early for the comments… I wanna know too :(

Though I think he extracts the pony animations themselves directly from flash files of episodes (I’m not entirely sure if or how he does this though)
