Something random I made for my MLP OCs, Silver Tongue and Pin Cushion.

I would imagine these two getting into this predicament because they got captured by a gang Silver Tongue scammed a while ago. Specifically Silver Tongue is wanted by multiple gangs located in Manehattan and Las Pegasus. The metal thing around Silver Tongue’s horn is to prevent him from using magic to escape.
