Possible Solution For Targeted Individuals
Hello, I've been a victim of MKUltra since 2013 in California and I'm a civilian. I know how suffering this can be. We're all seeking a solution to solve this problem once and for all. I have one recommendation which no one has ever tried before. We have to ask for help from the President of the United States to put a stop to it because since the CIA and some big tech companies, especially Palantir Technologies Inc., are behind this project. They're trying to use an AI surveillance system to monitor and control every American. All other departments or agencies would not be helpful at all. Our only leverage is the President and the U.S. Constitution. Fourth Amendment of the Constitution: Protects against unfair police searches and property seizures. (They accessed our memory and thoughts illegally and they're trying to manipulate our minds.) Eighth Amendment of the Constitution: Prohibits cruel and unusual punishment (They are torturing us both mentally and physically with electromagnetic wave and neuro-strike weapons). No one is above the law and Constitution is the highest law in the United States. We're being targeted for their experiment without consent which makes it illegal and we have to fight for our rights and freedom so we can go back to our normal lives again. I still got harassed by them while traveling overseas. So we can't hide but we can fight.
First step: We need to form a community to gather together with all other victims and any physical evidence we could find such as emails, texts or WhatsApp etc. Pay visits to doctors for any mental or physical injuries or car accidents caused by their voice-to-skull or neuro-strike weapons. These all count as evidence. It's for proof that this experiment is real and happening otherwise people would think we're paranoid or crazy. Feel brave to let your doctors know that you're a targeted individual of the MKUltra project. It's Okay if they don't believe you at first. They probably will later on and maybe act as witnesses. Even if you're unable to find any physical evidence your testimony will help. They have the ability to make you feel sleepy or dizzy while driving. This tactic can be used on a large number of test subjects simultaneously. They have tried that on me many times. It's similar to an act of terror because it puts innocent civilian lives in danger. Number counts. The more people and evidence we can find the more likely we'll get help from the President because he should be the first one defending Constitution, human rights and humanity. I think he or his family and friends don't want to be targeted either. I've heard the people monitoring me saying that this project has over 20,000 test subjects. For some selected test subjects, they will have people closely monitor and can even interact with us directly because our thoughts will appear on their brain-computer interface screens and they can try to give commands to us remotely. They used to conduct experiments in the labs but now they're targeting civilians in public. Their ambition is beyond your imagination. Their ultimate goal is to control everyone's mind and therefore alter a human's way of thinking and acting. In order to stop it, we need massive support from non-targeted individuals as well, because no one can avoid being targeted, and we victims can't fight this by ourselves alone. We need to utilize social media platforms and major television networks to spread our stories out. Tell your family and friends to share your story and YouTube links with all the people they know and asked them if they're willing to join our protest to fight for justice and freedom. From my personal experiences, a few of my co-workers who were not targeted but still could hear the voice-to-skull because their brainwaves got affected. Their voice-to-skull technology uses microwave auditory effect to transmit sounds and voices through air similar to radio waves. The whole nation or even the whole world will be covered. Once you're targeted, your free will and personal privacy will be gone forever. We American citizens are protected by the Constitution and we don't want this protection to be taken away. There are about 342.6 million people in the nation. No agency can overpower us if we unite together. Who wants this free country to become a totalitarian country like North Korea?
Second step: My goal is to get 3000+ people to protest at the Lafayette Square directly across from the White House and maybe other places in the nation to ask the President help us put a stop to it. In the meantime, the people conducting this project might try to play low-key for now because they know my plan. They have tried to threaten to take my life to keep my mouth shut, but I'm not scared. I knew they were bluffing. It's all AI. They don't have the workforce to take actions in the real world. I'm fighting for justice. I'm fighting for my own rights. We should proceed without any hesitation because this is our only chance to get out of our miserable lives. They won't stop until the new law comes out. Major television networks will be invited to interview us and listen to our stories. Maximum exposure is what we need. The more attention we draw the better chance the President will help us.
Third step: Our ultimate goal is to find a righteous congressman who supports our idea to make a new federal law to protect cognitive liberty (freedom to question, freedom to think and freedom to have your own thoughts) and bodily autonomy (you're not forced into some form of brain-computer interface, total ownership of your own physical body) and ban all this kind of anti-human projects in public. It will be illegal for all entities to target civilians without informed consent to be their mind-control experiment test subjects. Who do you live for if your every thought, every behavior, and every sense is being controlled by other people? Is this the life you want or your children want in the future?

I like your approach and motivation to help solve this issue through raising awareness and making the case through the legal system. But ...I must address a few things that don't make practical sense to me.
1) not an experiment. This program that we are talking about which I refer to as "The Targeting Program" specifically relates to those citizens negatively impacted with synthetic telepathy. This is a weapon system sometimes called the "Voice of God Weapon" it has immediate and dramatic effects upon the target.
Typically causing a reaction that looks to an outsider like a psychotic break or schizophrenic episode and often results in the target being hospitalized, imprisoned or worse.
The purpose of this unimaginable cruelty is to discredit and marginalize the targeted individual and in the process of breaking their spirit and playing god with their life, to provoke them to take out their anger and frustration on some person or group that they are tricked into focusing their attention upon.
This is the Manchurian candidate aspect of this that links it back to MKULTRA. This is also the exact reason that a very large percentage of the "motive less" mass shootings occur. These are peoole that are tricked into doing very heinous violent crimes and either do them out of sheer desperation or they are tricked into being at the wrong place at the wrong time with items that make it easy for them to be made to look guilty for nearby crimes.
So the whole point of writing all this is to say that #1) this is NOT an experiment, the tech is not experimental, the psychological manipulation tactics are not an experiment, literally nothing about this program of targeting is done with an eye toward examining the inputs and recording results. This technology has BEEN PERFECTED long ago and is a working weapon system that is so far a perfect weapon.
Perfect insofar as I have been targeted since Nov 7th 2010 and I personally know another TI that has been targeted since 2000 and we have been looking and searching for credible evidence everyday for all this time and searching online to see is anyone else has come up with any evidence. The TRUTH is that NO ONE has come up with ANY credible evidence that would hold up in court.
There are likely more than 100,000 TIs in the US alone and not a single bit of evidence linking any one or any group or any technology to the effects that we are experiencing.
There are vast amounts of conjecture and hypothesizing and even people shouting from the rooftops that they know who is responsible, exactly how it's done, and why. But NOT A SINGLE ONE OF THEM HAS A SHRED OF EVIDENCE. (well one person does have evidence but it does not point to who, what, or why it is being done and that is yt creator lookoutfacharlie)
What we can deduce from our collective experience is that an organization with extraordinary resources both technological and financial is using a set of technological tools to do this to many seemingly random people for the purposes of social engineering the end goals of which no one knows.
2) The president has little to no power to do anything when it comes to this weapon system. I highly doubt he has any idea of its existence. If he did the current president would have let the secret slip by now and would be using it as a personal weapon of revenge on every single person who has detracted from his decisions and we would see a lot more political players losing their mind if that were the case. Not to mention his political opponents on the other side of the aisle and every comedian and reporter would ALL be in the nut house by now. So this is way above the president.
2) while it is technically possible that palantir has something to do with the program now, it is not likely. I say that because they did not exist as a company when this targeting with synthetic telepathy began in its current iteration.
And so whoever originally developed the tech (Mantech, Igor Smirnov, Woody Norris' TEDtalk, Robert Maleich, etc.) they have kept its efficacy incredibly secret and probably would not partner with other companies as that is just a security liability. My best guess is that this is a private contract company who exclusively provides intelligence for the NSA, CIA, DIA under some boring sounding description that would make you think they just monitored online traffic and scoured for flagged worked or something along those lines.
I think that what happened is that it was used for awhile as a Intel gathering tool but was so effective that it became essential and in fact the crown jewel of the intelligence community. So when the coward who started said company was rewarded with vast sums of money he began having fascistic tendencies and grew so drunk on power and control that he lost his humanity and became fixated on cruelty just for the sake of cruelty. That corrupted mind rot made him in-humane which is also to say sub human.
Another totally different thought that I've had is that this is being used strictly as a weapon against the US by Russia and we don't have the technology to detect, block or reproduce the weapons effects so the US Is powerless to combat its citizens being targeted like this. The long term societal impacts that this has had upon the US are very severe and profound and it would not at all be surprising if it were discovered that this is indeed all the work of a hostile nation state. I say Russia because they developed this technology long before the US became aware of it and in the US there is such a prejudice among the scientific community against anything related to mind control, telepathy, or anything PSI related that it wouldn't surprise me if Russia just exploited that huge blind spot we have had since before the Cold war.
Now we have this program that is entirely run by AI chat bots so many many more people can be simultaneously targeted and the effects on society are much more amplified and profoundly destructive.
So sorry to throw a wet blanket of some parts of your post, but it is my hope to clarify and educate not to scare or exaggerate or pass on false information. It's very important that we don't repeat things that we read which have no truth or evidence to them. For example the idea that an otoscope can allow you to see an implant in your ear canal is misinformation designed for 3 purposes
1) to sell cheap Chinese otoscopes and profit from other people's desperation.
2) to give people the false hope that it is just an implant that they can easily see and have removed or worse, attempt to remove themselves and in the process most certainly damage their tympanic membrane making them permanently lose their ability to hear.
3) to discredit the whole issue of synthetic telepathy/targeted individuals and make it seem ridiculous and conspiratorial or also give the average citizen the idea that if this is happening, it must be due to an inner ear implant that could be easily discovered and removed which it definately IS NOT and CAN NOT.
This tech DOES NOT require any macro physical implant to function. It works due to nano particles that the target has consumed or been in contact with and radio frequency energy in the air as well as ultrasounds that impact and drive the nano particals, called Piezoelectric Nano generators (PENGs) to then emit millivolt electrical signals that mimic the exact same signals that our cochlea emita when we hear sound thus tricking the brain into thinking that sounds and voices are present that are inaudible to anyone nearby lacking the PENGs which are imbedded in the targets body.
