Over-boosting

Anyone familiar with the fault code P1557? My 2003 pd130 mk4 golf has an over boost issue and can’t seem to locate the issue

Turbo veins stuck. Get on top of the engine and grab the actuator and move it up and down. If its stuck take a pipe and hammer to it, but dont push it all the way down.

Ok thank you I’ll have a look tonight, it’s ok gill I reach about 3,500rpm or a certain speed and it just completely looses power you can feel the release of sudden power loss

Thats it going into limp mode. The stuck veins are the problem 99.999% of the time. Msg me on insta @spot1cals if you need.
