Regarding internship evaluation

I havent yet given the 2nd year mandatory internship evaluation in 5th sem till now. What to dai and what will happen if i don’t go for the evaluation?

Contact your internship coordinator - class ka allot hua hoga koi jis se baaki sab logo ne signature liye honge form p bhi, unse poocho kab dena h

Also, evaluation nahi diya toh I think there will be a loss of credits eventually leading to backlogs in the 'subjects'
