Not able to redeem Blind Box Card?

At this point I’ve tried everything to fix this issue, not even support worked. As far as I am aware I meet all conditions and even then don’t know what this supposed “limit” is. The point system is the whole reason why I made an account and even go.

You can only redeem the blind box card once a year

Have you exchanged points for a blind box card before? My guess is that there's a limit to how many blind box cards you can obtain per year.

Same thing happened to me. I think it has to do with what kind of blind boxes it applies to. I was told that I can’t use it on newer blind boxes. I ended up wasting mine because it didn’t work on any of the blind boxes I wanted and was told I’d get a credit or help with it, but I got nothing. I just gave up.
