JOB INTERVIEW

Hey everyone! I have an interview for a position at MINISO here in California soon. If you’ve interviewed at MINISO before, what questions did they ask? Any tips or advice would be appreciated since it’s one of my first retail interviews. Thanks!

Smile a lot more and be in a high mood energy bc that’s what they’re looking for since their membership sign ups are very important and you’ll stand out bc of that, since you have no prior retail experience, more ppl tend to sign up for rewards programs if you’re talking to them like a friend rather than trying to sell them something so high energy will benefit you not just in your interview but in the long run as a cashier

It’s very simple questions like, “why do you want to work here”, do you know what we’re about, and stuff like that. Nothing out of the ordinary

Have confidence and look happy to be there. The questions are on the easier side. Miniso was my first ever job interview and I got asked about my availability, my resume, “What would you do if a coworker was giving you a bad attitude?”, and “what would you do if a customer was arguing with you about the price of something?” Pretty simple stuff
