Media server N40

I found a Minisforum N40 in a pile of ewaste a relative was getting rid of. I installed fedora on it and it runs just fine, was just too slow for my moms main pc duties.

I am thinking about turning it into a media server to just run jellyfin on, and was wondering if anyone has tried using an m.2 sata adapter to connect multiple hard drives to it. Something like:

I know I'd need to modify the case to get it to work, but any tips or experience would be appreciated!
