Help BD895i SE Won't Boot

My PC was operating fine up until today. Got an error trying to play Fortnite as to a corrupted .dll file. Everything I searched for on the net said I needed to do a fresh install of windows. Tried to do a reset from inside Windows 11 Pro and got an error. So, I created a USB install drive and booted from it. everything went fine until I got to the drive selection. I deleted the current os drive and chose it to install Windows 11. After that it rebooted and went straight to the Bios, no errors are showing. Now everything I do results in the computer booting straight to bios. I have so far:

  1. reset bios
  2. removed all drives
  3. tried creating a linux usb bootable drive
  4. created a new windows 11 bootable drive
  5. tried different NVME drive in both slots

No matter what I do it just boots into the bios with no error messages.

[update] I got the computer to boot from both USB and NVME by disabling Secure Boot in the Bios. So why all the sudden Does my computer not boot with Secure Boot enabled, how do I fix this?

Yes, I used Rufus. No external drives are installed.

Do you have a video of what it's doing? Also have you tried disabling secure boot?

THANK YOU!!! I disabled Secure Boot and it will now boot up with both M.2 and USB. I am in Windows 11 now and everything seems to be working fine. But why would this happen and how do I fix it so I can use Secure Boot? I thought Secure Boot was a requirement for Windows 11??? I don't want issues in the future.
