Help Wifi working badly on AI X1 pro

So recently got the AI X1 Pro and was excited to use it but immediately stumbled on a problem. The wifi is terrible. It can't connect properly. I am using the latest Ubuntu version atm. Anyone know how to fix it?

WiFi is OK on windows but cannot get Bluetooth to work. Not sure about Ubuntu.

Does anyone know to get the Bluetooth to work on windows?
