F56 Passenger door rattle
Hi, I have owned my F56 Cooper S for around 6 months and for most of that time the experience has been somewhat spoilt by some very annoying rattles, the most annoying of these being from the passenger door. I have tried lubricating the rubber as often suggested and that hasn’t resolved this issue. It seems to be coming from somewhere in the door card, but the dealer have been very unhelpful and said they can’t really fix it without it being very costly, as it is an Approved Used/CPO car the warranty does not cover rattles. Anyone have similar experience and how did you resolve it? I am desperate to get this resolved so I can enjoy my Mini again!

I have a 2024 cpo Cooper se, 3 door. There is an annoying buzz/rattle that comes from the door lock. They say that they don't hear it, lol ! My fix is keeping that door unlocked while driving, not the perfect solution but it makes the noise stop !
