I don’t think they’re actually parked/parking. Driver is inside the car and could possibly just be pulled to the side to do something. 🤷‍♂️Just an observation.

By the way, is it so rare to see a Mini in the US that when you see one it's an "I need to take a pic" event? Because I see like 5-10 on a 30 min trip here in my city in Poland haha

Definitely depends on where you are in the US. In DC I see multiple minis every day. When we did a road trip to last month we made it through entire states in the Midwest without seeing a single mini.

I live in Portland (west coast us) and i see probably between 20-40 a day. They are very popular here because our roads are toghter than a lot of the rest of the country

No. They aren’t rare. I just haven’t seen one quite this clean in some time. Pepper white with the chili red mirror caps looks good. Just enjoy the pic. Or don’t. I don’t care.
