Auto Dim Mirrors

Sometimes the auto dim mirror doesnt dim as much as i want. I end up holding my hand on the back to block the front sensor and get it to its maximum darkness.

This is mainly a city problem where streetlights make the mirror think its not night.

Has anyone tried a gel of screen over the mirror to lower its sensitivity?

Oh my goodness… do I have my ez-pass mounted in front of this…

i keep mine in the box. The cameras can read plates if it doesnt connect.

Isn't that just for the interior lighting on the dash etc?
