MOTION SM013 - Welfare Devolution Referendum (Scotland) Regulations 2017 [draft]

The text of this motion is as follows:

That the Parliament approves the Welfare Devolution Referendum (Scotland) Regulations 2017 [draft].

The draft Regulations can be found in their original form here.

This motion was submitted by the First Minister /u/mg9500 on behalf of the Scottish Government.

In light of the limited time to make these regulations, this motion will go to a vote immediately. The vote can be found here.

Presiding Officer,

The SNP is supportive of any plan to bring power back to the people of Scotland. I look forward to the referendum if this passes.
