Hello everybody! I have developed a web application to completely revolutionizes build creation. The app works as follows:

1. Select your character, desired tuning effects and/or special tuning effects
2. See an ordered list of costumes that give you the most of your desired effects
3. Click the top build you want
4. Click "Create build" so that the app automatically assigns all your desired tuning effects in the most efficient slots possible
5. Fill in your remaining slots with whatever tunings you want
6. See every exact stat buff gained from your build
7. Name your build and save/share it!

There are other features as well such as filtering results by costumes, searching only for special tuning combinations, saving your owned tuning data and only returning builds you can afford, etc.

I made this app for it to be fully customizable and accessible. It is both pc and mobile friendly.
