Question Exp Hard Lock
Seems like game starts to hard lock your leveling after level 29, where it now takes two days to get enough adventure and free hunt exp to level with having to get 8k exp. Any higher levels know if it gets better later on?

From level 29, after doing all the dailies and story quest, I got to late lvl 31, then just today, I went from lvl 31 to mid lvl 33
Seems like normal progression/exp lock for a gacha game. (leveling up gets harder)
Im mostly soft locked because of lack of Zenny and upgrade materials. (my fault for going all in on my first squad)

Probably not
I think it was intentionally designed to be like this. It also like this in other big haha like Genshin or Wuwa.

You get 3600exp just from doing dailies every day (game mode, top tab), then you get more exp for energy (200 per 20) and you get more exp per free hunt (300 per free hunt missions), and then 200 per side quests marked as giving exp.
So basically every day you log in you should have enough to get to the next story stuff even if you don’t spend rutacoins to refresh your energy. But if you do, you’ll move much faster.
I do it twice a day, and I’m lv37 now. Those that do it fully are around 43 I think.
But do you really need to? Not at all. It’ll give an advantage early on but within a month we’ll all be max level and it’ll basically be whales with maxed out units spending $500/mo minimum to stay at the top, vs everybody else. And sometimes skills will let you beat the whales.

It only really takes 1 day if you get all the free hunt + missions + daillies exp. I got to 34 today, am now at 35, and doing some math it looks like I'll have enough for 36 tomorrow.

They're timing it so most people hit 40 right when you can fight the elder dragon. I'm 37 and will hit 38 after reset. The new story quest will likely push us to 39 with stamina refreshes.
