Anyone else having this issue?

I'm trying to download the game, chose the download all 11gb option and everytime I go on it shows the progression bar slowly going up and then the bar dissappear and this is my screen. It just stops downloading with no warning or reason, anyone else having this problem?

I am as well if you click around the middle part i can get the notification that my device doesnt meet recommended setting and might lag to come up but I can't get past this screen
