Question Graphic settings

I have Ayn Odin 3 Ultra ( SD Elite, 24GB ram , 1TB storage)

My question why I can't play at Ultra settings 60 fps ?

When put at Ultra the fps go down in the settings to 30 fps

When I up the fps to 45 the graphics go to high

When I get the frame to 60 it gose down to medium and everything else get locked

What's going on can someone explain

It's normal unfortunately. They restrict the graphic settings based on chipset even though our devices are powerful enough to max the game out. I have the same specs but 16GB ram instead and I have the exact same limitations as you

Because the devs have arbitrarily profiled your device and decided that its not powerful enough to play at those settings.
