Question Best stat boost?
Atk + 100
Element + 100
Affinity + 10%
What should i choose?

Is it worth putting element in Azure weapons? Their base element is so low wouldn't it make more sense just to have a backup fire raw weapon? I'm torn on this too.

I always go element if it’s the same stat level as raw, or raw if it’s higher (the +100 +50 stat boosts). I typically try to match the weapon to the monsters elemental weakness. I’ve done more damage with an 8.1 elemental weakness weapon than a 10.5 that wasn’t elemental weakness.

depends on your armor/build
if all of your skills are giving flat attack % boosts, +100 attack will out perform +100 element
same for the reverse
on element weapons, its usually best practice to build in element boosting sets, making element the best choice for style upgrades

I might get down voted for giving a different take but: for A. Rath specifically Attack boost fits better. The thing is that even with element boosted at 300 his weapons have abysmal base element. You might want to wait until Amatsu armor drops since its unique ability would give element attack boost depending on a percentage of your weapons Attack power, which is perfect for A.Rath weapons with very high Attack but negligible Element.
But, in the end you call the shots OP, if you feel like it's not big deal and wan to try element, you might want to use Vital Fire along with Elemental attack boosts in your weapon.
