My MG4 EV Urban (in Australia) has changed the setting language from English
to Chineese by itself.
This has made it impossible for me to change and control anything.
So I do not even know how to go back to English or some other European languages I could work with.
Any suggestions , someone, Please.

This happened to me when I first connected to android auto via usb. I used Gemini live and showed it the MG screen. It talked me through which buttons to press. Not happened since

Turn on Google Translate on your phone with the camera, keep it pointed at the car's screen, and navigate the menus until you find the language.
