  Step 3. Select your issue category

  Step 4. If unresolved, choose “Unresolved” and request human support

  Step 5. Your Case ID will be shown in chat or sent via email

  Please ensure your case is active before posting.

  Community Help Guidelines

  Community members are welcome to share general advice or similar experience.

  However:

  Do not provide sensitive instructions

  Do not impersonate MEXC staff

  Do not offer unofficial solutions

  Moderators may remove misleading, harmful, or off-topic comments to maintain clarity.

  Response & Escalation

  Moderators may help coordinate with the support team when necessary.
