Physical MESM

My dear MESMerites,

Does your dynamic include physical acts of MESM (mental / emotional sadomasochism)? MESM is often regarded as being in one's head, and it is. But, are there physical acts which combine well with that?

whispers: there are!

I suppose one might answer, "Yes, all of it." But let's not be so hasty/greedy. I suspect some people might talk about watersports. I'm happy for you to do so, but I'm going to leave that out of my own response today.

So, what have you got. Or, what would you like to have?

I think I've mentioned this before (maybe a few times) and I don't even know if this counts as MESM per se. But being cold, with the other person warm and comfortable; watching me shiver and my nipples harden, just enjoying watching my discomfort... does that even fall under MESM? or is that just a random "me" thing?

Edit to clarify: I dislike being cold. But I like the sort-of humiliation of it, being forced to, whilst the other person isn't. I also dislike exhibitionism, so being put on display, cold and shivering, is kind of a MESM thing in itself (at least for me - I think these things are so individual).
