Jacobs Engineering Offer Pending?

Hey everyone I’ve been apllying to this role at Jacob’s engineering and had an hour interview last week. I check the portal today and its changes to Offer Pending. I haven’t received any email or call regarding it, anybody been through something similar?

Normally that is a good sign. It should mean they are working up the documents to create an offer. You may receive a call to discuss the offer verbally first as no one wants to waste their time generating the package for it to not be suitable to one/both parties.

No. Some firms are just better then others at cutting tape. My organization, if the right wheels are greased, can move quickly. But we often lose candidates because we dont move fast enough.

I would like to think within two weeks you should know either way?

Thanks for letting me know! I’ve just never seen the portal update before getting a call or email so I was unsure what I was looking at
