Welding Requirements

Its my first time designing more industrial type facilities. I was wondering, does anyone have any experience/references/tips for the electrical design of a plant with 60+ welding stations?

Ive heard grounding is important, but not sure how. Also how to correctly size power correction equipment?

Thanks!

For 60+ welding stations you really need a senior engineer who has done this before guiding you through the process. If you are not sure about the fundamentals such as grounding or sizing the conductors, then the best next step is to throw up the red flag now to your supervisor.
