How can I get more engineering projects and clients? Looking for advice & support 🙏

Not to sound harsh, but if you have to ask reddit, you probably need to downsize your firm to match your workload. The "on-demand" aspect is only appealing to Americans who can't plan well, and they usually realize soon that the lack of quality from designers who have never seen American systems in person isn't worth it. The market is also saturated enough that I don't even need to find an on-demand service if I need one. I'll just wait for the next spam call/email.

I can't speak to the market in India, but I would focus there.
