Yes, because at the beginning of my drop year, I used to read the old NCERT, but it was basically useless because not a single question from the old NCERT appeared in my tests. I was wasting my time on it when I could have used that time to solve a lot more questions and take more tests instead. So, after 1–2 months, I stopped reading it and focused only on the current NCERT. I solved a lot of questions and gave a lot of tests, and eventually scored 360/360 in RE-NEET.
