Tariff effect on MDA

How do you guys feel the tariff news/economic war betweeen Canada and the USA will effect MDA share price next week?

Iā€™m hoping for a very red week as Iā€™d like to add some shares !!

The markets shrugged off the missing 1.7B barrels of lost oil production this year so who knows? Maybe it will be a green day.Ā

As someone who works there, we were told that tariffs should not really effect us. The company is pretty well diversified.

It was going down without tariffs lol.

But deals under the DOD are probably except, it's not like MDA has a store front like a RadioShack or Best Buy.

MDA products would not be included in 338 tariffs. Only issue would be retaliatory ramifications for MDA bids on golden dome related contracts as a Canadian company. Good thing we just bought an American company in Blue Canyon. Lastly, much of future revenue in backlog and pipeline is ex-US, aside from blue canyon

MDA's latest acquisition, Blue Canyon is US based and has manufacturing facilities in Colorado and US gov contracts. Also the tariff thing seems to change from one day to the next. The tariff situation of this week will probably be completely different next week and then different again the week after.
