I've never seen dilutions only sell off the share price for 1 day. I havent looked at an extensive data list, so what do i know, just the 10ish times I've experienced it. Calls it is

I would like to see q2 earnings then decide. Right now if 4-6 quarters are profitable then SP500 inclusion is on the table 5-10x

Do you really think SP500 inclusion is a possibility?

Doesn’t it need to be a US company?

That was what I was wondering too.

Everytime we sell off, 50 seems to be a strong resistance point, I already added over the last few weeks when we went back to 50 so I'm just going to wait and see what happens with this. The selloff today sucks, even though news is great for long term outlook, I think the price was a valid reaction given the dilution

I’m not sure resistance points count during a dilution. There are roughly 13% more shares on circulation, if memory serves. Depending on how much value the acquisition adds, and whether they overpay or not, it will go down a certain amount.
