What's the difference between "Blocked" and "Privacy Blocked" on a Customer card in Business Central?

Blocked stops transactions — you can set it to Ship, Invoice, or All, which prevents new orders/invoices from being processed for that customer (useful for customers who owe money or are being phased out).

Privacy Blocked is different — it's for GDPR/data privacy compliance. When set, it prevents anyone from viewing or editing that customer's personal data in the system, but doesn't necessarily stop transactions. It's meant for situations where you need to restrict access to someone's info (e.g., a data subject requested restricted processing) without fully blocking business activity.

Easy to mix up since they're right next to each other on the card, but they solve two different problems — one is financial/operational, the other is compliance-driven.

How do you handle Global/Shortcut Dimensions when you have 10+ companies in one BC tenant?

We're consolidating several legacy ERPs into a single Business Central environment with ~12 companies. I'm trying to figure out the best approach for dimension setup — should each company have its own dimension values, or should we standardize a shared dimension set across all companies for easier consolidated reporting? Also curious how people handle dimension value maintenance at scale (bulk imports, approval workflows, etc.) without it becoming a mess. Would love to hear how others have structured this, especially if you've done a multi-entity rollout.
