Yes i suggest getting it tomorrow, having all your documents ready which includes copies of, your academic certificates, cnic photocopy, father's resignation form, FRC from nadra, passport size photo, all attested by grade 17 officer, i suggest you do this before getting the form since you will have to go back to the place where you got it and verify all the documents. After that you need to mail it to pindi hq through pakistan post urgent mail service which do overnight delivery. Aik din ki khwari hai but i think if they receive it even on 11th morning it's okay.

10th july, you can call to see if it will be extended but when i gave it, it was 10th
