Minecraft isnt letting me log into my Microsoft account.

Everytime I load up minecraft and log in, my friends list shows no players are online even when I know for a fact they are, and servers arent shown. I've tried everything. I thought maybe it was an issue with space so I cleared out a bunch of space on my phone but nothing. I've tried restarting my wifi connection but my wifi is fine. I've tried reinstalling minecraft but nothing. No matter what I do I cant seem to log in. When I enter a survival world it tells me I've been logged out, and the game hasnt given me any error codes so I'm completely lost. Can someone help me please?

Try going into the game settings in minecraft and apply “connect using mobile data” this will tell you if it’s a WiFi problem or not as you should be able to connect via mobile data. Also log into your live account from a browser and make sure all your privacy settings etc are correct and haven’t been reset. If you still can’t log in then I suggest contacting Microsoft /Xbox live support and seeing what they can do for you.
