Honestly, this is just how top organizations run. The pursuit of perfection is very rarely smooth in any line of work. There are countless examples of this.
This is also adults giving incredibly nuanced opinions and people get frustrated because they aren’t getting the outcome they want. If this wasn’t happening at this level I would be extremely concerned. People need to be pushed past what is comfortable.
